The CCIM movement began more than 40 years ago with commercial real estate practitioners who wanted to elevate their business practices through focused education and networking opportunities. Still today, education and networking remain the cornerstones of the CCIM designation and the reason for its success. The CCIM Institute confers the CCIM designation and is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, and the premier industry organization for brokers, owners and managers. For 40 years, the Council has helped real estate professionals adapt to the complex challenges of delivering quality service, streamlining operations, integrating new technology and innovating business strategies. The CRB Designation is one of the oldest and most respected in the industry.
In the early 1990's six prominent regional real estate schools started working together on a formal basis by sharing ideas and cooperating to provide their students better real estate education and training services. In 1995 Inner Circle Education (ICE), Inc. was formed and by 1998 the synergy was so valuable that participation was opened up to include a few other real estate schools. In 2001, ICE changed its name to RealtyU® and in 2002 it was decided under new leadership to expand the network nationwide with the addition of carefully selected, ethical and experienced real estate schools and in 2004 numerous additional real estate education initiatives were added to broaden the service offerings.
The Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of New Hampshire, Inc. is a statewide trade association for mortgage industry professionals with 104 company members. We were established in 1984 to provide the mortgage industry with educational programs, networking opportunities, and legislative oversight. Our fiscal and membership year runs from June 1 through May 31. Membership dues start at $125/year for a mortgage broker to $595/year for a mortgage banker.
